Some European users have reported that the multi-tasking mode is missing on their Galaxy Note II units. According to Phone Central, "international units... ship with the earlier firmware, and don't have the multiwindow option yet".

Samsung has started sending out press invites for an exclusive launch in New York on the 24th of October. The press invite showcases a picture of a stylus, which gives us a lot of reason to suspect that "The Next Big Thing" is indeed the Galaxy Note II.

A malicious code hidden in web pages, could trigger a factory reset of Samsung’s Galaxy S3 smartphone; deleting contacts, photographs, music, apps and other valuable data, as discovered by security researchers.
Samsung has just announced that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will be coming to the Galaxy S III in October. In addition, the LTE variant of the Galaxy S III will be available from 29th September onwards at a recommended retail price of S$998.
