The BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 is expected to be released on February 21st, reports BGR.
The Android 4.0 update will be rolling out to the Motorola Xoom (Wi-Fi) and Razr in Q2 2012, followed by the Xoom 2 in Q3. No time frame is available at this moment for the Xoom (Wi-Fi + 3G) model.
Samsung may have unknowingly leaked a 10.1-inch tablet version of its popular Galaxy Note on its official blog. The device is expected to be launched at Samsung Developer Day at Mobile World Congress 2012.

CrackBerry obtained some images of the upcoming BlackBerry 10 operating system (OS). The new user interface adopts several elements from Google Android and Windows Phone 7 such as the homescreen widgets.
Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy Tab 2. Sporting a 7-inch display and running Android 4.0, the new tablet is the direct successor of the first Galaxy Tab which first appeared in 2010.

Pacific Crest analyst Chad Bartley claimed in his report that Amazon will be launching a new 9-inch Kindle Fire model alongside an updated 7-inch model in mid 2012.

The latest rumor indicates that Apple will be launching the iPad 3 in the first week of March. The event is said to be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. The next generation iPad model is also expected to be available a week or so after its launch.
The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be available in Singapore from 11 February at S$948 and S$898 respectively. Samsung also adds a new color, coral pink to its current flagship model, the Galaxy S II.
Samsung has confirmed that it will not be hosting a press conference at the upcoming Mobile World Congress, reports PCMag.
