ZooGue has obtained what seems to be photos of the iPad mini's rear panel, sparking off a discussion that Apple is not only "going for the same new speaker grille design as on the iPhone 5 components we’ve seen" but will also feature a "smaller dock connector". Bloomberg also reports hearing that the iPad Mini will not feature the Retina Display.
The folks at iFixit got their paws on a Google Nexus 7 tablet and managed to completely tear the device down, revealing the fact that the former is better than its Kindle Fire competitor in terms of battery performance.
A study done by Electric Power Research Institute reveals that charging your iPad will cost you an average of US$1.36 per year. The study also includes several other devices including the iPhone.
