Users of the Samsung Galaxy S III (non-LTE) have reported several issues such as longer charging times and sluggish performance after they have updated their devices to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

To get gears up and running, the Mozilla Foundation has also announced yesterday that smartphones running the Firefox OS will be available to developers in February. Because the devices are not designed for consumers, they will be running development versions of Firefox OS.
With MWC 2013 coming up, Huawei has started sending out their press invites, one that states that the company will unveil “new products, performance goals and possibilities for the year ahead” at the event.
Nokia is said to be working on a true PureView device running on the Windows Phone OS.

The HTC Butterfly will be available at M1, StarHub and other authorized resellers from 26 January at a recommended retail price of S$928.
Other than confirming that the Galaxy Note 8 will be unveiled at MWC, Samsung's mobile division head JK Shin has also officially confirmed that the S IV device will not be announced during the same event.
Microsoft announced that the Windows Phone 7.8 update will be coming to existing Windows Phone 7.5 users in early 2013.
