Oppo announced today that its new R9 smartphone will be launching in Singapore on 30th April. The 5.5-inch smartphone (also known as the Oppo F1Plus in some regions) boasts a Full HD AMOLED display, a lightning fast fingerprint scanner, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel front camera!

Oppo is launching a new range of F series smartphones that will emphasize camera performance and photography. The first phone in the series is the F1, a 5-inch phone with an 8MP front camera, and a 13MP rear camera with an ISOCELL sensor, phase detection autofocus and anti-shake optimization.
