Microsoft has just announced that Windows 8.1 will arrive through the Windows Store on October 17, 7:00pm (Singapore time). The retail version as well as new devices loaded with the updated OS will go on sale a day later on October 18.
Supporting up to 13 Windows 8 multi-touch gestures, the Logitech Wireless All-in-One Keyboard TK820 employs proprietary PerfectStroke key system which distributes typing pressure evenly across the key surfaces, ensuring that each keystroke is quiet and feels smooth, even if you strike at the edge of a key.
As part of Patch Tuesday, Microsoft has issued several bug fixes for Windows 8.1 Preview. Also, new firmwares are available for the company's Surface RT and Surface Pro tablets.
There are reports that hackers have been stocking up on Windows XP exploits, and are planning to release them the moment Microsoft ceases support for the aging operating system.
