Have you ever met people who have no idea how to use their DSLR camera and treat it like a point-and-shoot? Sony Australia has released a series of videos mocking such DSLR "experts", probably to convince the average consumer to pick up a NEX camera instead of a more complicated DSLR.

Sony is rumored to be shipping its second generation PlayStation 4 development kits to selected game studios. According to VG24/7, the hardware of the kits is housed inside of a typical PC chassis, with a third revision expected sometime in January 2014.
Sony, Panasonic, and Sharp suffer massive losses with regards to their TV businesses. Reasons were attributed to plunging costs of flat-screen TVs worldwide, a robust Yen, as well as growing competition from South Korean rivals like LG Electronics and Samsung.

Sony today announced a broadened and deepened lineup of 4K-capable equipment that will simplify the creation of a wide variety of 4K productions, including (but not limited to) two new CineAlta 4K cameras – PMW-F55 and PMW-F5, a HXR-IFR5 interface unit, and a 30-inch 4096 x 2160 resolution monitor - PVM-X300.

A Japanese blog has shown Sony Mobile's rumored flagship C650 phone (codenamed Odin) spotting a 5-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The device is said to make its first official appearance at CES next year.

Comprising of seven eco-friendly models which offer a range of brightness ranging from 2,300 lumens up to 3,200 lumens in XGA and WXGA formats, the series includes an auto brightness adjustment function which intelligently adjusts lamp output when showing lighter or darker images. An auto lamp dimming function enables the projector to detect if it is left on by feeding it a static signal.
