SCCP Payment Services has launched Swiff, a mobile payment platform that accepts credit/debit card payments from customers on-the-go, today in Singapore. Contrary to an earlier news posting on Samsung's Philippines site, the Korean company has sent a Twitter update, stating that it won't be pushing the Android 4.0 update to the Samsung Galaxy S II on 10th March.
Android developers have recently been receiving pressure from Google to use their costlier in-house Google Wallet platform instead of other payment methods like Paypal or Boku.
