Sony Debuts Its First Wireless Portable Charger CP-W5 for Qi-compatible Devices

Serving as a charging plate when connected to an AC power supply, the CP-W5 also lets you charge via a MicroUSB cable. It includes a Sony-made 5,000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery loaded with Sony's Hybrid-Gel Technology, allowing it to retain more than 90% of its capacity even after 1,000 charges.

Google Announces New Nexus 7; Comes with Qi Wireless Charging

After tons of leaks, Google has today officially unveiled a new version of the Nexus 7 tablet. Running Android 4.3, it sports a Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core 1.5GHz processor, 2GB RAM, 1,920 x 1,200-pixel IPS LCD display, 5MP rear camera, and built-in Qi wireless charging.
