Google has just started rolling out a new inbox for Gmail on desktop and mobile, that promises to help reduce inbox clutter. This new inbox organizes your inbox by grouping incoming mail into categories, which appear as tabbed inboxes.

Earlier yesterday, Outlook.com announced that it is officially available for all. Over 60 million users have signed up since the release of the preview for Outlook.com. Additionally, every Hotmail user will soon be able to upgrade to the new Outlook.com by Q3 of this year.

According to Twitter's recent blog post, users will soon be able to email a Tweet directly from their Twitter stream to contacts who are not followers or anyone for that matter. This new feature will be rolled out over the coming weeks.

Google has finally overtaken Hotmail as the world's most popular email service. This is according to Internet analytics firm comScore who stated that for their October data, Gmail overtook Hotmail with 287.9 million unique worldwide visitors versus 286.2 million for Hotmail.
