Google may be releasing a refreshed version of the Nexus 10 at MWC 2013.

A post from Chinese forum digi-wo.com has indicated that Sony might go with an odd 6.44-inch display for its upcoming device. The leaked image shows the device "with Sony branding" and is said to be made for a phablet device "with a 1080p display".
ASUS apparently has a 10-inch version of the US$149 MeMO Pad which was announced a week ago. Known as the MeMO Pad 10, it is possible that ASUS may launch the tablet at MWC 2013 next month.

Samsung is alleged to add a new screen size to its smartphone portfolio. Dubbed the Galaxy Fonblet, the 5.8-inch smartphone is actually a cellular variant of the Galaxy Player 5.8.

Qualcomm has announced its answers to NVIDIA's next-gen Tegra 4 processor, the quad-core Snapdragon 800 and 600 processors. Both processors will be available in commercial devices by mid-year and Q2 2013 respectively.

Sources told The Verge that Nokia is working on a 10.1-inch Windows RT tablet with HDMI and USB ports. A special cover with built-in keyboard, kickstand and battery is also being planned for the tablet.
A GT-N5100 has now showed up in GLBenchmark, fueling speculations of an upcoming Samsung tablet device under its popular line of products, the unannounced 7-inch Galaxy Note.
