The Sony Xperia Tablet Z has just been announced in Japan. The tablet comes with high-end specs like a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200p screen, 4G LTE, 8.1 megapixel camera and a quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm chip.
HP has just unveiled its first Android product and tablet, the Slate 7. With a starting price of US$169.99, the tablet will go on sale in April.

The latest rumor, according to Xperia Blog, is about the Xperia SP. The phone is said to come with a "4.6-inch 720p screen, quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro and an 8 megapixel camera".
