Informa: Majority of Smart TVs Will Be Used as "Dumb Screens" by 2017

Informa Telecoms and Media predicts worldwide sales of Smart TVs would escalate rapidly over the next five years, although the majority of Smart TV owners are unlikely to use the televisions' online features.
