Microsoft just unveiled the world's most affordable phone, the Nokia 130. Priced at just €19, the Nokia 130 has a 1.8-inch color display, a 1,020mAh battery, a microSD memory card slot and runs on Series 30+ mobile platform.
Microsoft announced that its Windows Phone Store now boasts over 300,000 apps with "hundreds more" being added every day.

If you are looking for a basic and seriously affordable mini-PC, the Zotac ZBOX CI320 nano, which comes with Windows 8.1 with Bing, will be available later this August from just S$360.
According to Winbeta, the next major version of Windows, currently codenamed Windows Threshold, will receive some fairly major overhauls, including the removal of the Charms menu and added virtual desktop functionality.

Move over Nokia Lumia 930, a new 5-inch Windows Phone flagship is (almost) in town.
Microsoft filed a lawsuit against Samsung for its failure to pay royalties on time and with accrued late payment interest. Apparently, Samsung cited "a fundamental disagreement" for doing so, which forced Microsoft to take legal action. Hit the link to find out more.
