The popularity of portable devices seemed to have begun whittling away at Adobe Flash's dominance on the web and it seems Microsoft is throwing its weight in this direction.
Nokia's CEO Stephen Elop has mentioned that the first Windows Phone 7 device from the Finnish company will be made available in Q4 2011, with a gradual rollout in various countries over the next few months.
