If you've been eyeing the latest 4K Ultra HD TVs and think the 84-inch offering from Sony is either too big or out of your budget, then Sony's latest BRAVIA line-up and 4K announcements in CES 2013 may be good news to first adopters.
With CES 2013 in full swing, the new product releases are coming thick and fast. Toshiba has unveiled a new Ultra HD TV along with a few new LED TVs which will provide access to cloud services.
LG has unveiled several new TV and related products at CES 2013. Some that caught our attention are new Google TVs and wider variety of Ultra HD TVs. The company has also stated its plans for its 55-inch OLED TV for the US market.

Sony is planning to augment their Ultra HD televisions with a special bundle of UHD content, according to a recent blog post penned by Sony's public relations representative, Ray Hartjen.

Sony today announced a broadened and deepened lineup of 4K-capable equipment that will simplify the creation of a wide variety of 4K productions, including (but not limited to) two new CineAlta 4K cameras – PMW-F55 and PMW-F5, a HXR-IFR5 interface unit, and a 30-inch 4096 x 2160 resolution monitor - PVM-X300.
Taiwanese TFT-LCD panel manufacturer, AU Optronics (AUO), recently unveiled a 65-inch 4K (Ultra HD) LCD TV panel based on the indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO) semiconducting material.
