Apple Axes Over the Phone iCloud Password Resets

Wired report, Mar Honan, recently had all of his data on his iPhone, iPad and MacBook erased after having his Apple iCloud account hacked. The incident has also revealed security loopholes in Apple's and Amazon's customer service systems, but both companies have been quick to address the issues.
