Outlook.com Leaves Preview, Surpasses 60 Million Active Users in Six Months
Earlier yesterday, Outlook.com announced that it is officially available for all. Over 60 million users have signed up since the release of the preview for Outlook.com. Additionally, every Hotmail user will soon be able to upgrade to the new Outlook.com by Q3 of this year.

Microsoft Replaces Hotmail with Outlook.com (Update)
Microsoft is rolling out a new email service, Outlook.com, to replace Hotmail. Users have the option to sign up for a new @outlook.com email address or retain their existing @hotmail or @live.com addresses.
