A video of the Windows Phone 7.8 OS working on the Nokia Lumia 900 has been leaked; aptly of course, given that Microsoft just recently announced that the update will come in early 2013.
For Windows Phone 8 users using the Rooms feature, you can still invite people on other platforms. However, since they can't see the shared calendar, photos, and notes in one centralized location, a few other apps are needed.

Formerly known as BlackBerry App World, the storefront will henceforth be called BlackBerry World. Name change aside, the more exciting addition is the ability for users to purchase movies, music and other digital content.
RIM has announced the availability of the Dev Alpha C device, one that comes with a physical QWERTY keyboard, for developers. To further complement a robust developer environment, the final BlackBerry 10 Gold SDK will be available for download on 11 December, ahead of its official launch.
The recently announced BBM 7.0 has been available in beta for a little after two weeks and RIM's Vice President of Product Strategy, T.A. McCann sheds more light about its Voice Chat feature during BlackBerry Jam Asia.

Early adopters of Windows Phone 8 are reporting random reboots and battery issues on their devices. Both Nokia and HTC are aware of the problems and are working to resolve these issues.
Microsoft's Surface phone is rumored to ship in mid 2013, and Foxconn is said to be the sole manufacturer of the device.
