Mozilla Ends Development of Firefox 64-bit for Windows on a Quiet Note
Mozilla has quietly ended its development of Firefox 64-bit for Windows. There were a number of reasons given by the project manager that included the scarcity of plug-ins in 64-bit version, stability issues with the 64-bit builds as well as a general sense of mediocrity among users and testers.

Rumor: Sandy Bridge CPUs to be Phased Out in Q3 2012
According to Digitimes, Intel will begin phasing out Sandy Bridge CPUs by September of this year. This is according to notebook manufacturers whom they spoke to.
