Nokia CEO, Rajeev Suri, has confirmed that Nokia plans to design and license phones again as soon as its deal with Microsoft allows it to. If you recall, back in 2013, Microsoft bought Nokia, and part of that deal stipulated that it wouldn't make or sell any phones until 2016.
