A Qualcomm senior executive has spoken out strongly about the needlessness of eight-core processors for mobile phones. Senior vice president, Mr. Anand Chandrasekher said that the company will not build such a processor as "we don't do dumb things." He was addressing the Taiwanese media at a roundtable discussion.
