Sony Mobile has announced that the 4.3-inch Xperia L is now available in Singapore. Running on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform, the smartphone powers on a 1GHz dual-core processor, and features an 8-megapixel camera with Exmor RS for mobile.
The Sony VAIO Pro 13 will hit all Sony stores and authorized outlets from end June, while the VAIO Pro 11 and VAIO Duo 13, from mid July.

Google has just announced the acquisition of Waze, a social mapping and navigation app that features real-time traffic data provided by its users. While Google did not disclose the purchase price, the New York Times reports that the deal is in the region of US$1 billion.
