SingTel today announced that it is the first mobile operator in the world to offer data roaming services with a network selection feature that automatically connects customers’ mobile devices to preferred overseas partner networks in 44 countries. It also launched the EasyData Roam service.
StarHub today announced that it will bring Singapore's first true single-rate data roaming service to its post-paid customers. Known as "RoamEasy", it charges a single data roaming rate when you connect to any mobile network in 20 destinations.
HomeGrid Forum and the HomePNA Alliance have announced that they've merged to create a single organization focused on promoting advanced wired home networking technologies. The combined organization will promote the smooth transition of all current generation wireline home networking technologies to G.hn.
