Lexar has announced the industry's first 128 GB Class 10 SDXC (Extended Capacity) memory card. A 64 GB version is also announced at the same time. Both cards are speed rated at 133x, guaranteeing a minimum transfer speed of 20 MB/s, and will be available in first quarter 2011.
