Samsung unveiled the much anticipated Galaxy S5 smartphone at its Unpacked 5 event MWC 2014 today, which JK Shin described as "going back to basics". Samsung also unveiled a new smart wearable, the Gear Fit fitness band, which joins two smart watches announced yesterday, the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo.
SingTel is launching a range of 4G/LTE services this year, in collaboration with Ericsson. The services include 300Mbps mobile broadband service with LTE-Advanced, improved video streaming with LTE Broadcast technology, and enhanced indoor coverage with Ericsson Radio Dot System technology.
Opera and Nokia have announced that the Opera browser will come pre-installed on the Nokia X software platform.
