The Singapore government passed an amendment to the Copyright Act yesterday which will force Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to comply with court orders filed by content companies.
The HTC One (E8) - the plastic variant of the One (M8) - is listed on the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) website, which means a launch in Singapore could be imminent.
