Zotac readies Kaby Lake mini PC and new external graphics dock for CES 2017

It looks like ECS isn’t the only company with mini PCs to show at CES 2017, as Zotac will likewise be launching a mini PC of their own, called the ZBOX CI549.

Zotac is still keeping most of its juicy specifications for its grand unveiling on January 4, 2017, but what we do know thus far is that it will be powered by 7th generation Intel Kaby Lake processors and NVIDIA GeForce GTX graphics. It will also be compatible with the Thunderbolt 3 interface.

Apart from that, Zotac is slated to launch an external graphics dock during CES 2017 as well. Again, specifics are still scarce at the moment, but it will have a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot, three regular USB 3.0 ports, one Quick Charge 3.0-enabled USB 3.0 port, and an integrated 400W power supply unit.

We’ll be updating this story when receive additional information regarding these two products. Stay tuned!
