Stunning visuals are made possible with the powerful NVIDIA Fermi architecture that delivers superior graphics processing power and Microsoft DirectX 11 technology that powers the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 series. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 series graphics cards can apply the high-performance capabilities to everyday tasks such as video processing and image editing with NVIDIA CUDA technology. Power for the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 series comes from a brand new graphics processor packed with 336 unified shaders ready to take on all 3D games and applications. The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 1GB graphics card features 1GB of high-speed GDDR5 memory connected to a 256-bit wide memory bus while the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 Synergy Edition has 768MB of GDDR5 memory connected to a 192-bit memory bus for.

The ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 series is the world’s first GeForce series graphics cards to support bit streaming of high-resolution audio codec’s used by Blu-ray movies. When connected to a compatible receiver, ZOTAC GeForce GTX 460 series graphics cards can output a raw Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio audio stream for the receiver to decode.
