Windows 10 Mobile will begin rolling out in December

While the Lumia 950 and 950 XL will begin selling next month (in the U.S.), existing Windows Phone users will have to wait till December to get their hands on the Windows 10 Mobile operating system.

This information was revealed after the Windows 10 event last week on the Microsoft Lumia Facebook page. Take note though, Microsoft says the rollout will begin in December, which means it’s entirely possible that your device’s turn may not come until much later.

Also, according to this support page, to be eligible for the Windows 10 Mobile update, your existing Windows Phone 8.1 device needs to have at least 8GB of internal storage and be running Lumia Denim.
