What Does Steve Wozniak Think of "Jobs" the Movie?

Jobs, the movie about the late Apple founder, recently opened in cinemas around the world. The movie features Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs and Josh Gad as Steve Wozniak and highlights the early life of Steve Jobs at Reed College, his founding of Apple Computer up to the point where he introduced the iPod.

Needless to say, the movie is eagerly anticipated by the Apple faithful, but just how accurate it is? To answer that, Steve Wozniak, Apple's co-founder, weighed in with his thoughts about the movie.

"I saw Jobs tonight. I thought the acting throughout was good. I was attentive and entertained but not greatly enough to recommend the movie." ..... "I suspect a lot of what was wrong with the film came from Ashton's own image of Jobs."

While Wozniak thought that the acting was good, he believes that the main problem with the movie came from Kutcher's own image of Jobs, which was mostly incorrect. To which Kutcher replied:

“Woz is being paid by another company to support a different Steve Jobs film,” Kutcher said. “It’s personal for him, but it’s also business. We have to keep that in mind.”

Wozniak is currently consulting on another Steve Jobs biopic by Sony Pictures and based on Walter Issacson's biography.
