WD Maximizes Enterprise Storage with 4TB WD RE SAS, WD RE SATA Hard Drives
WD has expanded its enterprise-class storage offerings with the release of new WD RE SAS and WD RE SATA hard drives in capacities of up to 4TB. These 3.5-inch hard drives provide enterprise-class features and capacity to meet the growing demands of conventional business-critical environments, and are available in 1/2/3/4TB capacities for nearline SAS and 2/3/4TB for SATA.
Incorporating NoTouch ramp load technology, which ensure that recording heads never touch the disk media, they are backed by a five-year warranty, and offer dual port, full duplex connectivity, and 1.4M hours MTBF and 1.2M hours MTBF, providing a high level of reliability, and more.
