US-based system builder Digital Storm has unveiled Aventum II, their new PC chassis with customized liquid cooling system that features nickel plated copper piping. The chassis also boasts of a control board that controls up to 22 cooling fans via an exclusive application.
"The Aventum II is a performance inspired machine, its very nature required our engineering team to push the envelope during development," said Rajeev Kuruppu, Digital Storm’s Director of Product Development. "That’s why we chose to be the first system integrator to offer copper piping to end users inside a high-performance PC, like the Aventum II. Enthusiasts will get an infinitely more durable cooling system that can weather the extreme heat that bleeding edge hardware produces."
According to Digital Storm, the nickel heat pipes increase the system's durability and add panache to the look and feel of the casing. The Aventum II features a thermal exhaust chamber that is divided into two separate channels by a middle panel. This new design ensures less air congestion and with fans at the front and back of the thermal chamber, improves airflow and dramatically increases the cooling efficiency of the entire chassis.
