If you think the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is thin, you haven't seen the ultra-thin Toshiba AT200 yet.
According to SlashGear, the Toshiba AT200 is one of the thinnest tablets with a sleek profile of 7.7mm. It runs on Google Android 3.2 platform, has 1GB of RAM and is powered by a dual-core TI OMAP 4430 processor at 1.2 GHz. The Toshiba AT200 has a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Battery life is rated between eight to ten hours. The AT200 is also said to be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions.
While there is still no word on the price and availability of the Toshiba AT200, we hope to see it by the end of 2011. We feel that it is going to make a big splash in the tablet scene, which is barely two years old. However, if you are joining the crowds at Comex 2011 to buy a tablet, you can check out our tablets round-up to get an overview of the available choices or the three telco's Comex offers on tablets bundled with their mobile data packages.
