All these amazing features comes at a superhigh cost. I am one of the new users of the Xiaomi phone. Got delusioned by all these nice reviews. But it lasted only THREE WEEKS!!. The service centre for Xiaomi is an outsourced outfit. The crew does not have the capability to handle the Xiaomi tsunami that is coming. The number of people who visited the Xiaomi service centre, during my short stay, the day I visited the service centre was not funny. This sets the pulse for the product quality.
M1 of course has told me to buzz off and buy a new phone at full cost. Now that I am tied to them as I signed a contract with them. I wonder who benefits as a result.
So please please buyer beware. This apparent low cost phone, actually about $100 per week. That is provided the phone lasts three weeks. Imagine the hassle one has to go through when the phone fails every three weeks!!!
