Reliable tipster @OnLeaks collaborated with @MySmartPrice again to publish the first 3D renders of Google's upcoming Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 phones.

From the extensive library of images and a 360-degree render video, it is deduced that the upcoming Pixel phones will have almost similar footprints as their predecessors except for some slight differences. Here's a quick look at their dimensions:

  • Pixel 2: 145.3 x 69.3 x 7.8 ~ 8.2mm
  • Pixel: 143.8 x 69.5 x 7.3 ~ 8.5 mm

  • Pixel XL 2: 157.6 x 76.3 x 7.9 ~ 8.6mm
  • Pixel XL: 154.7 x 75.7 x 7.3 ~ 8.5 mm

The renders also reveal that the upcoming Pixel phones will sport lesser bezels, have no dual-camera setup and continue to use a rear fingerprint sensor. Industry sources recently told Fudzilla that Google will be equipping the new Pixel 2 phones with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 836 mobile platform. It is believed that Google will announce the new Pixel 2 smartphones in October.
