Singtel offers 1Gbps Unlimited Fiber for $50 per month until end of February

Singtel has just announced that for the month of February, it will be offering its 1Gbps Unlimited Fiber plan at a special price of S$50 per month. If you recall, this new plan was announced last August and it promises no traffic throttling. Singtel also claimed that users would be able to achieve speeds of up to 800Mbps for local connections 95% of the time.

As part of this promotion, Singtel will also offer free fiber termination point installation (worth up to S$481.50) and free optical network terminal installation (worth S$90). Users can also expect to get 10% off Singtel mobile subscription.

Finally, to allow users to get the most out of their 1Gbps Unlimited Fiber plan, Singtel is also offering the new Linksys EA9200 AC3200 Tri-band router at a special price of S$299 (U.P. S$399). We just reviewed the Linksys EA9200 router and found it be an excellent performer, especially for households with multiple wireless devices, thanks to its ability to broadcast three separate networks.

This promotion will begin on 7 February (that's today) and will end on 28 February.
