Singtel customers to enjoy free unlimited mobile data and a slew of freebies during the Jubilee Weekend

To celebrate Singapore’s 50th birthday, Singtel has announced that it will offer customers a slew of free services ranging from free mobile data to extra value on prepaid top-ups and free Singtel TV content over the extended four-day National Day weekend.

Here’s a breakdown of what Singtel is offering:

1. Free mobile data for postpaid customers & extra top-up value for prepaid customers: From 12.01am, 7 August 2015, to 11.59pm, 10 August 2015, Singtel postpaid mobile customers will enjoy free unlimited local mobile data. Prepaid mobile customers will receive an extra 50% more value for Hi! top-ups.

2. Free viewing of Singtel TV content: From 6.00am, 7 August 2015, to 11.59pm, 10 August 2015, Singtel TV customers will enjoy free viewing of more than 150 channels on Singtel TV. These include: Discovery Channel, Cartoon Network, StarWorld, Fox Movies Premium, and more. There will also be more family entertainment on offer with Singtel TV’s premiere broadcasts of box office hits, such as Big Hero 6 and Ah Boys to Men: Frogmen. Viewers can also catch SG50 TV specials like First Time Filmmakers: Singapore Stories and Megastructures: Gardens By The Bay. In addition, Singtel TV is offering 50% off 50 Video on Demand blockbusters, such as Taken 3, Kingsman: The Secret Service and 36 Vayathilinae.

3. Welcome bonus & cashback with Dash: Singtel mobile subscribers who sign up for its mobile payments app, Dash, will be rewarded with a welcome bonus of S$5. All Singtel mobile customers using Dash to pay for meals at Food Republic, bubble tea at Koi CafeĢ, or cab rides on Comfort and CityCab taxis, will also get a 50% cashback (capped at S$5) on their first transaction.
