Singapore will be the first country to launch the Huawei Mate 10 Pro on 11th November
Updated: Previously, the Huawei Mate 10 Pro in Midnight Blue was slated to go on sale from 25th November, but it's now available from 11th November - the same date the Mocha Brown version is available.
Huawei Mate 10 Pro
Singapore will be the first country in the world to launch the Huawei Mate 10 Pro on 11th November. The 6-inch phone has a FullView OLED HDR display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and Full HD+ 2,160 x 1,080 pixels resolution.
Powering the Mate 10 Pro is a unique, proprietary chipset built by Huawei - the Kirin 970. What's new is the inclusion of a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that offloads all A.I.-related tasks to itself, taking the strain off the CPU and GPU. The phone has 6GB RAM, with 128GB internal storage.
On the back of the Mate 10 are a pair of Leica Summilux-H lenses, both specced at f/1.6 aperture. The dual rear camera configuration consists of one 12-megapixel RGB sensor and one 20-megapixel Monochrome sensor. Only the RGB sensor comes assisted with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The camera system uses 4-in-1 Hybrid Focus - a combination of laser, depth, contrast, and phase-detection autofocus.
The Mate 10 Pro will be available on 11th November in Mocha Brown and Midnight Blue color will be available on 25th November. The phone will retail for S$1,098.

The more affordable 5.9-inch Mate 10 will also be launched in Singapore, and will be available this Saturday, 28th October for S$888. The phone will be available in both Mocha Brown and Black.
The biggest differences between the Mate 10 and the Mate 10 Pro are that the Mate 10 Pro is IP67 certified and uses an AMOLED display, while the Mate 10 has no water resistance and uses an LCD display.
