Samsung introduced a bunch of tablets at MWC yesterday, but it also announced a very cool-looking stylus – different from the one that comes with the Galaxy Tab S3 – that looks just like a real pencil.

The pen is part of a deal with German pencil maker Staedtler, and its biggest draw may be the nostalgia it evokes. Dubbed the Noris digital, it features a familiar striped design, although it is colored black and green instead of Staedtler’s traditional black and gold.

But other than the color and the tip, it looks almost like a carbon copy of those wooden pencils you used as a kid. Samsung didn’t release many details on exactly what the Noris digital will be able to do, but it’ll likely have most of the same features as the regular S Pen.

Still, we do know that it has up to 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, and will work with Samsung’s new tablets to do things like outline screenshots and annotate PDFs.

We’re still waiting on further news on price and availability.
