Samsung Unveils Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus
Samsung unveiled its next member of the tablet family, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus ships with the latest Android Honeycomb 3.2 OS, has a 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos chipset and 1GB of RAM. In addition, the 7.0-inch PLS LCD display has a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is equipped with two cameras - a 3-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. It also supports quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, which means that it can be used as a mobile phone as well. Moreover, tri-band 3G with 21 Mbps HSPA is supported on the device as well.
Starting from end-October, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will be available in Indonesia and Austria. It will gradually be rolled to globally including Southeast Asia and Southwest Asia, U.S, Europe, CIS, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Japan and China.
