With Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016 starting next week, Samsung has announced three products which it is working on from Creative Labs, an innovation program that helps employees nurture their own creative business ideas.

The first product is a smart wearable healthcare belt, the WELT. Not only is the WELT able to record the user's waist size, it is able to monitor eating habits, the number of steps taken and the time spent sitting down. The data will be sent to an app for analysis to develop a series of personalized healthcare and weight management plans.

The second product is rink, a hand-motion controller for mobile VR devices. Samsung claims that the rink is able to provide a higher level of mobile VR immersion by allowing users to control game or content by using their hands.

The third product is a new UX developed for wearables and smartphones. Known as the TipTalk, it allows users to listen to sound from their wearables by touching their finger to the ear. TipTalk is stated to improve the clarity of calls in public and noise-sensitive environments.

CES 2016 will start on 6th January and ends on the 9th. We'll be there at CES 2016, so keep your eyes peeled to HardwareZone for the latest updates.
