Samsung has voluntarily pulled out its recently announced Galaxy Tab 7.7 from IFA 2011 in what appears to be the result of the on-going lawsuit battle between the company and Apple.
According to SlashGear, the demo units of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 on two tables had been removed or replaced with the Galaxy Note and Wave 3. Branding of the tablet had also been covered or removed from the show floor.
Apple seems to be gaining the momentum against Samsung in the lawsuit dispute, with an effective injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany and another pending lawsuit against its smartphones and tablets in the Netherlands. It is possible that Apple's legal team is hard at work in drawing up plans for a similar case against the Galaxy Tab 7.7.
