Samsung is expanding its mobile payment service to other Android devices and the iPhone in June.

According to ETNews, the South Korean company is planning to release an app, Samsung Pay Mini next month to allow consumers to add credit cards for online shopping. Apparently, less than 20% of payments done through Samsung Pay are online and Samsung is simplifying the payment process for Samsung Pay Mini.

The mobile payment app reportedly use fingerprint authentication or password/ID combination for devices without fingerprint sensors. Some companies such as Hana Card and Lotte Card are said to be interested to be part of Samsung Pay Mini. As usual, Samsung Pay Mini may initially be available in South Korea only.

Apple is also reportedly exploring a similar strategy for Apple Pay; iOS users can use the mobile payment service via the Safari browser on the iPhone and the iPad with Touch ID.
