Rumors surrounding the next Google phone, tentatively known as Nexus Prime, has all sources pointing back to Samsung being the manufacturer. In fact, with the company allegedly sending a cease and desist letter to parties who were in possession of the Nexus Prime firmware, there's only the official word left to confirm its existence.
Pocketnow has just spotted another interesting detail regarding the Nexus Prime, though it might not be what we were expecting. The user agent profile of the Nexus Prime has been seen, and within the page, there was a mention of a screen size of 480 x 800. Should this be true, it'll denounce the earlier rumors of a Nexus Prime that has a 720p screen resolution. Though we certainly hope not.
Nonetheless, the info surrounding the Nexus Prime is still sketchy at this point of time. Google's Android Ice Cream Sandwich is supposedly slated for an October availability, alongside the launch of its competitors' own updates, namely Apple's iOS 5 and Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 Mango.
