We may be less than two months away from the official launch of the Galaxy Note 7 (previously referred as the Galaxy Note 6).
SamMobile received an image of what seems to be an invitation to the Galaxy Unpacked 2016 event on 2nd August with the tagline "The next edge is just around the corner". The venue is stated to be at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York.
Tipster @evleaks tweeted in May that the U.S launch of the Galaxy Note 7 would be in the week of 15th August. Rumored specs include a 5.8-inch display, IP68 rating, 6GB RAM, Exynos 8890 processor, 32GB internal storage space, a 12-megapixel rear camera with 5-axis image stabilization system or a dual-camera setup, and an iris scanner. It is said that Samsung will only launch the curved model this year.
