Those looking for a little variety in the Galaxy S II lineup can breathe easy now - Samsung has just unveiled a pink version of the Android smartphone in South Korea, bringing its total color count to three if you include its existing black and white versions. The popular handset has seen brisk sales in South Korea, with 4 million units sold (of which 850,000 units are white) and certainly more to come with the new pink palate. This isn't a surprising move of course - in the past, many other smartphone manufacturers like Sony Ericsson, Nokia, HTC and Motorola have dressed their devices in bolder colors in a bid to reach out to the fairer sex.

The Galaxy S II Pink will initially be available in South Korea; at this moment there haven't been any announcements so as to whether it will reach other regions yet.
