Samsung Galaxy Note 7 listed on IDA's website

While we were trying to catch up with the flood of leaks on the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, one of our forum members, kero89, tipped us off on a new entry in IDA's Equipment Search List. The new device is none other than the Galaxy Note 7!

Described as a 4G mobile phone with NFC, Bluetooth and WIFI, the Galaxy Note 7 is assigned the model number SM-N930FD. The same device has been reported to get certification in Russia and Europe a week ago. The marketing name is not stated at the moment for obvious reasons since Samsung is only going to formally announce the device on 2nd August.

The earlier-than-expected listing of the Galaxy Note 7 on the IDA's Equipment Search List could only mean one thing - the device is likely to hit retail shelves almost immediately after the announcement. If you recall, the Galaxy Note 5 went on sale in Singapore just two days after the launch event.
