M1 and StarHub Launch Events

Over at M1's Paragon outlet, the queue this morning was long but orderly. The first person, Mr. Ho Chan Yau, arrived at 8 PM last night; he's upgrading to the Galaxy Note 3 from his previous device, which is a Samsung Omnia.

The queue for the Note 3 outside the M1 Paragon outlet was long and orderly.

Mr. Ho was congratulated by M1 as the company's first Note 3 customer.

At StarHub's Plaza Singapura outlet, there was also a sizeable turnout, with the queue building up since 8:30 AM (the launch was at noon). The first two persons in the queue were Ms. Marianne Judaya, 32, and Mr. Duke Jason Regular, 37.

The queue for the Note 3 at the Plaza Singapura StarHub store began at 8:30 AM. The launch of the device was slated for noon.

The StarHub store was filled with eager Note 3 customers the moment the shop opened for business. They were attended to on a first come, first served basis.

Ms. Marianne Judaya, 32, (left) was porting her mobile phone service from SingTel; Mr. Duke Jason Regular, 37, (right) renewed his existing StarHub Mobile plan. Both of them were StarHub's first Note 3 customers!
