Samsung Announces Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet at MWC 2012

Samsung has confirmed leaked reports earlier this month with the official announcement of the Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet which coincides with MWC 2012. Sporting a 10.1-inch PLS TFT display with 1280 x 800 resolution, the Galaxy Note 10.1 runs Android 4.0 and is powered by a dual-core 1.4GHz processor coupled with 1GB RAM within. Samsung bundles the Galaxy Note 10.1 with the S Pen stylus.

Samsung puts more emphasis on the value of the Galaxy Note 10.1 as a tablet for education, work, and artistry. Thus, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Note 10.1 with relevant applications like the S Note which allows users to combine S Pen-made notes and sketches with digital materials. Moreover, the Galaxy Note 10.1 is preloaded with Adobe Photo Touch and Adobe Ideas.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 features a 3-megapixel main camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The Android tablet is also blessed with Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, and Wi-Fi 802.a/b/g/n as options for wireless connectivity. Samsung will offer the Galaxy Note 10.1 in three storage variants – 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. The tablet also packs a 7,000mAh lithium ion battery.
